The man in the video said that exercise will make it go threw the process faster due to the toxins having an alternative route of exiting your body through sweat instead of just waste. Whatever you want to call it, it's a process & I'm not gonna start training until it's threw with. ![]() Others may say that my body is just regulating itself. ![]() Some may call it something else but I call it a cleanse/detox. When I switch to nothing but healthy food, my body is completely shocked & I'm in the bathroom constantly. My usuall diet is rediculous & consists of mostly just fast food or easy bake stuff like Tyson Chicken Nuggetts or white castle burgers & stuff like that. My body just isn't used to all that healthy stuff. Drinking only water & skim milk thoughout the day. Some fruit (apple, orange, banana, canalope &/or watermelon) for a snack thoughout the day. Lunch will consist of baked chicken or fish with some type of green vegitable & maybe some brown rice & something very similar for dinner.
